Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Sigma SMP website or joining the Sigma SMP Minecraft server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Server Rules

All players must follow our Server Rules. Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans at the discretion of our moderation team. The moderation team's decisions are final.

3. Creator Program

Participation in the Sigma SMP Creator Program is subject to additional requirements:

  • You must meet minimum subscriber/follower thresholds as specified during application
  • Content created on the server must be appropriate and comply with platform guidelines
  • Sigma SMP reserves the right to revoke Creator status at any time for violations of these terms or server rules
  • Creator perks are non-transferable

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Hacking, cheating, or using unauthorized mods that provide unfair advantages
  • Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind
  • Griefing, stealing, or intentionally destroying other players' builds
  • Spamming, advertising other servers, or soliciting players
  • Impersonating staff or other players
  • Attempting to exploit bugs or server vulnerabilities
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

Sigma SMP is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. All custom content, plugins, and builds created by the Sigma SMP team remain the property of Sigma SMP.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sigma SMP is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data retention, or preservation of in-game progress. Server resets, rollbacks, or shutdowns may occur at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sigma SMP and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the server or website, including but not limited to loss of in-game items or progress.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced via our Discord server. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
