  • Minecraft username and UUID when you join our server
  • IP address for connection and security purposes
  • In-game activity data (playtime, interactions)
  • Information you voluntarily provide when applying for the Creator Program
  • YouTube channel data (if you connect your channel via the Creator Program)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and maintain the Sigma SMP server
  • To process Creator Program applications
  • To enforce our server rules and ban policy
  • To display leaderboards and community statistics
  • To send important server announcements (via Discord)
  • To improve our services and player experience

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Server infrastructure providers (hosting, databases) necessary to operate the service
  • Discord, when you interact with our Discord server
  • YouTube API, when you connect your channel for the Creator Program

4. Cookies

This website uses a minimal number of cookies:

  • auth-token - an HTTP-only cookie used to keep admin users logged in. Expires after 7 days.
  • Analytics cookies from Google Analytics (if enabled) to help us understand site traffic. No personally identifiable information is sent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via Discord.

6. Children's Privacy

Sigma SMP is a Minecraft server open to players of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond what is necessary to operate the game server. Parents may contact us to request deletion of their child's data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Opt out of analytics tracking
